Wim Dankbaar Arrested and Jailed
Dutchman Wim Dankbaar Arrested & Jailed for Email Account Hacking and Theft Against Dutch Crime Reporter Peter R. De Vries.
February 2007: Wim Dankbaar, the JFK assassination conspiracist was arrested and jailed and his computers confiscated in a case of invasion of privacy and theft against Dutch crime reporter Peter R. De Vries. Police engaged in a two hour search of Dankbaar's home and left with several computers, DVDs and other documents.
Dankbaar is the man who regularly posts defamatory statements all over the internet against the owners and associates of Cybersoup and he has the unmitigated gall to accuse others of "stealing" from him. He's the man who robbed Bob Vernon of the $150,000 balance due on the business that Dankbaar now calls his own - selling the James Files-JFK Murder hoax. He's the man who has defamed consumer reporter Judd McIlvain since 2006 and added a barrage of new blackmail attempts as of 2009. He is the man currently embroiled in a lawsuit against the daughter of a CIA operative Chauncey Holt whose "story" he allegedly bought from her. Now he claims that she's not allowed to even mention her own father's name.
Peter R. De Vries was actually Dankbaar's business partner at the time of the theft and the two had been together in the United States collaborating on a film project about the JFK assassination which Mr. De Vries was to heavily promote as a favor to Dankbaar. Wim returned the favor by stealing De Vries email account password, reading his emails and then, believe it or not ... forwarding them to third parties, including a competing crime journalist. All of this, Dankbaar freely admits he did to the complete detriment of his business partner. He was also charged with deception, fraud and conspiracy related to the email hacking.
Not only did Dankbaar forward emails related to a murder case that De Vries was investigating for his popular crime show in the Netherlands, but Dankbaar also forwarded a bunch of "sex emails" he discovered in De Vries email account. Dankbaar defended his actions, saying he saw nothing wrong in his invasion of De Vries privacy.
In November 2009, Dankbaar enlisted the aid of two mentally unstable people from Battle Creek, Michigan named APRIL KELLEY and EDWARD F. KELLEY (which you'll read about extensively here) to help in his online defamation of Cybersoup and its associates. Dankbaar coaches these two into calling everyone associated with the company "con men, scam artists and extortionists. But, without a doubt, the true con man, scammer, extortionist/blackmailer and thief is Dankbaar himself. And this is the man that April Kelley and her husband Edward Kelley call their trusted friend, mentor and supporter.
If Dankbaar will casually invade the privacy and deliberately steal from a friend and business partner, it's no wonder that he is so hell bent to destroy people he deems to be "enemies". Dankbaar's actions prove without a shadow of a doubt that he will do ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING to further his causes.
